Refund & Payment Policy

At AALLMOMENTS PHOTOGRAPHY, we are committed to delivering exceptional photography services and a memorable client experience. To secure your session date and time, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. Please review the following terms regarding payments and refunds:

All bookings require a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your session. This deposit holds your date and ensures our time and resources are committed to your session. Once paid:

• The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling without proper notice, or no-shows.
   
• The deposit will be applied toward your total session balance.
   
• If you choose to reschedule at least 72 hours in advance, the deposit may be applied to a future date, subject to availability and approval.
   

• Final payment for services is due on or before the day of your session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• We do not issue refunds for completed sessions, delivered digital files, or print orders due to the custom and creative nature of our work.
   
• If a session is canceled by AALLMOMENTS PHOTOGRAPHY due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit and/or any other pre-paid amount will be refunded in full or may be applied to a future session.
   

AALLMOMENTS PHOTOGRAPHY reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Payment Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
