AALLMOMENTS is based in Arizona. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Phoenix, Arizona, for any dispute related to your use of the Website.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
